Despite the enormous popularity of the first three Dirty Harry films, no official soundtrack was ever issued to accompany them.  It wasn't until 2004 that the complete scores began to see the light of day, thanks to Lalo Schifrin's Aleph Records label.

Sudden Impact
and the
Best of Dirty Harry
(1983)

The first officially released soundtrack from the series, Sudden Impact ended the long wait for music from the previous films.  It was released on Eastwood's short-lived Viva label in 1983.

Dirty Harry Anthology
(1998)

Released in 1998 by Aleph records, the Anthology offers a nice selection of tracks from three of Lalo Schifrin's Dirty Harry scores.  Unfortunately, the music from The Dead Pool was unavailable due to contractual issues.

(1984)

"When they say HIT, they're not kidding."

Honorable mention goes to this single by T.G. Sheppard, which featured no less than Clint Eastwood helping out on backup vocals.  More of a novelty song than anything else, but still worth a listen to hear Eastwood's lines, (ie. "No trial, no reports to file...").
